STORAGE - MESH
To prevent products stored on pallet racking from falling, anti-collapse
mesh screens consist of special stand-off brackets fixed to the
rear frame uprights in turn supporting welded mesh panels. The stand-off
distance provided by the brackets can be varied to allow for the
required pallet overhang and clearance.
Mesh partitions are ideal for forming enclosures and segregated
areas in storage and production environments. Runs of mesh panels
are usually freestanding with support posts provided for stability.
Walls can include a wide range of single and double hinged doors
as well as sliding doors, all with a variety of lock types.
Mesh cages are ideal for providing a secure area to store high value
goods whilst maintaining visibility to the goods stored. The type
of mesh used can vary from light duty weldmesh panels through to
special high security mesh / steel construction panels.
Preventing accidental contact with machinery is a key safety consideration
in any production area and mesh guarding provides and ideal, flexible
Floor Edge Protection
Mesh panels are frequently used to provide a barrier at raised floor
edges to prevent items falling to the floor below. Mesh can be fixed
to handrail systems or used with integral handrail construction.
Where solid shelving is not suitable – for example where sprinklers
are installed – mesh shelf panels can provide an effective
alternative. Despite their light weight, heavy loads can be supported
and shelf panels can be designed to retro-fit to most types of racking.
